middle east, a traditional bread! The pita bread contains yeast, which makes it puff up as if it was two pieces of bread glued to each other. When we cut the bread into halves, it forms a shape of a pocket. As the bread cools and flattens, a pocket is left in the middle.

The healthiest and most popular is spinach pastry. It consist of special layered pastry. Filled with well cocked spinach, and onions seasoned with special middle eastern seasoning. and baked all together inside the pastry.

Sambosik
Sambosik, most delicious Pastry of the middle east!. Its a special kind of pastry filled with Arabic cheese. Deep fried into fresh sunflower oil.Its an amazing lunch, dinner, snack, and side dish.
Deluxe Sambosik would be with thyme, and the cheese is rubbed with olive oil, extra virgin.

Sesame Bread
Sesame Bread, or Jerusalem cake. Very traditional kind of bread! Its called cake but its not sweet at all! Its taste is very close to the bread taste. But this one is very special type with sesame.
